I have to say, that my current main project (Central Africa), encompassing Congo, CAR, DRC, Gabon and Cameroon, is one that has really grabbed my imagination. This is not a part of the world you can be any less than thoroughly committed to in terms of photographic and videographic (is that a word? it’ll do!) exploration. Working on a number of different commissions in the region, for multiple outlets, has given me challenges the like of which I’ve not encountered for several years…..and I’m loving every minute of it. It is one of the hardest places I’ve worked, and long may it stay that way.
