Eyes down for Encounters!

Eyes down for Encounters!

Well, it’s under a week to go now before my exhibition at the Mall Galleries, London, kicks off. Its been a real headache getting everything in place in time, but I’m delighted with the result…and hope all of you that come along will be too! It’s always nice to be displaying new work, and just over half of the images I will have on show (out of a total of 24) will be parading themselves in front of a wealth of critical eyes for the first time, so fingers crossed that they prove popular.

The exhibition is unique in that is arguably the single biggest, most influential gathering of top quality wildlife art – in all senses – in the UK every year. Alongside my photos – which you will find in the North Gallery – will be two spectacular rooms filled with paintings and sculpture in a variety of media. Indeed, it will be exciting to see the comparison between visitor perception of the imagined and the real when it comes to seeing an artwork or a fine art photo. It’s going to be a great week – and if you’ve not managed to score a ticket to the opening reception on the evening of Monday the 27th, then I do hope you’ll be able to make it along on one of the other days. The exhibition finishes on Saturday the 2nd July at 3pm sharp, so if you’re looking to nab something exclusive for the wall, make sure you don’t leave it until the last minute!encounters
